Swish Emporium is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it, or refund your purchase price using the original payment method - a prepaid envelope will be sent to you for the goods to be returned.

It is Swish Emporium's policy not to give partial refunds or discounts, we are not prepared to sell damaged or faulty goods so either a full refund or stock is exchanged for same, in both cases damaged or faulty stock must be returned to us, Swish Emporium will provide a pre-paid postal satchel for product return.  On receipt of damaged or faulty stock then a full refund/ exchange will occur.
